General Questions
In what area of Colorado do you see patients?
We are based in Colorado Springs, but go down to Pueblo and up to Denver. We are always willing to go even further (Summit County for example) by special request.
Do you accept private insurance?
Although we don’t participate in health insurance networks personally, we have teamed up with Reimbursify to help get your out-of-network costs reimbursed, faster and easier than ever. All you need to do is download the Reimbursify app to get started, and they will handle the rest!
Do you accept medicare or medicaid?
At this point in time we do not accept medicare or medicaid.
How much do your services cost?
Follow the link to find our pricing. You will never get charged for anything you didn’t approve or want. No surprise bills. In some cases, we cost less than what you would pay elsewhere, even with insurance.
Do you have an office where you see patients?
Normally we see patients at their requested location. However we do have an office where we can see patients by special request.
Do you have malpractice insurance?
What if I need surgery?
We are currently not doing any major orthopedic surgeries, however we partner with other transparant cash based surgery centers whom we will refer you if need be.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a patient fails to notify Easy Orthopedics or the treating physician of intent to cancel the appointment more than 24 hours from the appointment date and time, a $375 fee will be charged to the patient at the doctor’s discretion. If the doctor shows up to the previously agreed on location and the patient is not present, a $375 fee + travel expense fee will be incurred to the patient. A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to book a cash pay visit, this amount is applied towards the final amount owed.
What are your hours?
8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Special requests can be made for after hour visits, weekend visits, or visits on holidays.
